InfraRE Partners LLC connects infrastructure transformation with regenerative business and bioregional economic development. Founded by Michael Salvato, the practice helps infrastructure owners, enterprises, and place-based partnerships build the capabilities to translate shared vision into coordinated action.

Grounded in living systems thinking and multilevel design, InfraRE links visioning, strategy, analysis, development, information systems, and reporting across projects, organizations, and bioregions. Its work integrates infrastructure stewardship, institutional development, digital capabilities, and investment planning, with an emphasis on relationships, learning, and long-term value.

InfraRE’s emerging bioregional practice seeks to strengthen the capacity of people and places to flourish, connecting practical implementation with the wider transition toward regenerative economies and cultures.

We welcome collaboration with r3.0 Advocation Partners, particularly those working in ecological stewardship, community governance, regenerative finance, and context-based assessment. Together, we see opportunities to develop bioregional knowledge commons, atlases, and information systems; undertake regenerative economic diagnostics; shape infrastructure and investment strategies; and create practical experiments that connect information and reporting with collective learning and action.

“Regeneration asks us to widen the boundaries of what we serve. Infrastructure, institutions, and investment shape what becomes possible in a place. I’m drawn to r3.0’s community as a space for mutual learning and collaboration—connecting shared bioregional aspirations with the capabilities, relationships, and practical work needed to bring them to life.”
